Holly Tree is a Smoke-Free resort

• Check in - 4 pm, Check out - 11 am
• A Security Deposit is required at Check In (Credit Card or $100.00 Cash or Check)
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced
• Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late departure subject to full day charge.
• Registered Party is responsible for the actions of all
  members of his/her party and for any damages or losses.
• Must be 21 or older.
• No Cooking of any type in any unit per the Town of
  Yarmouth.(except microwave use) Violators are subject to
  $30 fine per occurrence.
• No unaccompanied children under 18 allowed in pool
  area.
• No Pets allowed on the property.
• Quiet time is 10:30 pm - 8:00 am. Please respect our other
  guests. Excessive noise must cease during this time.
• No Smoking allowed in units. Violators will be assessed a
  $229 fumigation fee.
